This privacy policy describes how Impotsubfr SAS collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the website impotsubfr.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (the French Data Protection Act).

2. Data collected
We only collect data strictly necessary to handle your request: first name, last name, email address, as well as technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited) where you have consented through the cookie banner. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed in order to: (a) respond to your eligibility check request, (b) send you information about the property projects available in your region, (c) ensure the security of the site, (d) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for communications about the programme, and on the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6.1.f) for the security of the site.
5. Retention periods
Form data is kept for three (3) years from the last contact, then archived for the applicable statutory period before final deletion. Technical data linked to audience-measurement cookies is kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months.
6. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorised teams within Impotsubfr SAS and to our strictly necessary sub-processors (hosting provider OVH SAS, email provider), all located within the European Union and bound by an agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
7. Transfers outside the EU
